Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering personalized loan solutions.

Loan Origination: Facilitate the loan application process from start to finish, including gathering necessary documentation, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest loan products, interest rates, and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible options.

Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and transparent loan approval process.

Customer Education: Educate clients on various loan products, terms, and repayment options, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure ethical and compliant lending practices.

Requirements:

BA/BSc/HND in finance, business, or related field.

Strong understanding of lending processes, regulations, and financial analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
