What Will You Do
Support the planning and execution of learning and development (L&D) initiatives, including workshops, training sessions, and webinars.
Assist in creating engaging content for internal communication regarding learning and engagement programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Conduct research on best practices in employee engagement and learning trends.
Collaborate with different departments to gather insights for improving L&D programs.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining records.
Assist in creating surveys, analyzing feedback, and reporting results to the team.
Requirements
Last year student in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in learning and development, employee engagement, or organizational behavior.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Canva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), or HR tools is a plus.
