Job Title: Application Support Intern – Automation / Intern - Application Support

Team: Enterprise Automation

Location: Office (Hybrid 2x office / 3x WFH setup)

Duration: 4 – 6 months

Job Description:

We are looking for an Application Support Intern to join our Enterprise Automation Team. You will help support and maintain automation projects built using RPA (UIPath), Microsoft Power Platform, mobile apps, web applications, databases, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting automation tools like UIPath and Power Automate.

Help support business users with issues related to automation tools and apps.

Log and track issues or requests using our support system.

Support testing and documentation for automation projects.

Work with developers and users to ensure smooth operations of automated processes.

Qualifications:

Currently studying IT, Computer Science, or a related course.

Basic knowledge of software tools, databases, or automation is a plus.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced tech environment.
