Internal Control (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Descriptions

Run the internal control mechanism on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Identify major and critical business risks monthly, conduct in-depth analysis, and prepare reports.

Conduct regular risk management awareness activities at least four times per month.

Process quarterly compliance tests and proactive review reports by breaking down risks across each supply chain business scope, assigning domains for self-checks, verifying results, collecting risk evidence, detailing issues, and proposing short-term and long-term solutions.

Perform regular inspections of warehouses, subcontractor temporary storage, and physical site management at least once per quarter, and provide structured inspection reports with suggested solutions.

Arrange training for the supply chain team on valuable topics that support business maturity improvement.

Support regional teams in internal control processes and help develop improvement actions.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in internal control or audit management.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.

Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong skills in data processing and analysis.

Strong discipline, analytical thinking, and a digital mindset.

Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Determined, energetic, and self-motivated.

Willing to work under pressure, travel for business, and work overtime when required.
