Job Description
Responsible :
Support in Project Management function, including quality management, documentation management, supplier management and general administrative function for project execution.
Assisting Site Supervisor by providing technical support and general administrative works of quality documentation including coordination site quality control documentation and record at site, compilations check of quality documents (Final Erection Document/Final Commissioning Documents/Project Document Completion).
Assisting Project Management function in preparing quotation, PO review, project execution and invoicing.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or other related majors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
Having organizational experiences is a desired qualification.
Ability to communicate in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
Able to complete full time 6 months Internship program
