We are an innovative IT solutions provider specializing in cutting-edge technology services ranging from software development, AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and website development. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive sales and establish a strong presence in the UK market.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK market for our IT solutions and services.
• Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, lead generation, and building relationships to closing deals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring strong partnerships.
• Understand clients' business challenges and position our IT services to meet their needs.
• Research and stay up to date on the UK IT landscape, market trends, and competitors.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share in the UK.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
• Collaborate with the internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technical teams, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of client expectations.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and develop client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and follow-up with leads efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, with a focus on IT services, preferably with a proven track record of generating sales from the UK market.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT services sector, including software development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and staff augmentation.
• Sales Expertise:
• Expertise in international sales, particularly in the UK market.
• Proficient in lead generation, sales funnel management, and closing deals.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers in the UK.
• Ability to build relationships and establish rapport with clients in the UK market.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
