Global Transaction Services Group is the Product & Sales Support function that provides product expertise to the various segments of Kotak Bank, spanning Consumer Bank, Commercial Bank and Wholesale Banking divisions. Products range from to cash management (payment & collections solutions, escrow services & dividend business) to trade finance (import services, export services, funded & non-funded products and remittances),
We are currently looking for member in Product Support Team who can support Corporate/CA customers dealing with Consumer & Commercial Bank.
Job Profile
Product Support Team is expected to help internal as well as external customers in understanding, structuring & execution of Cash Management. This team will be supporting all the verticals under Consumer & Commercial Bank which includes Branch Banking, Privy, Wealth, TASC, Agri, WCG, ECG etc.
Job Role
- Supporting all verticals under Consumer & Commercial Bank in dealing with Corporate/CA customers with regards to CMS Structured Products - Escrow, Nodal, RERA & Dividend.
- Scaling up the Escrow Business, Evaluate escrow deal. Servicing RERA & Escrow Client/s for day-today needs.
- PAN India Interaction with potential customers/branches to understand the Escrow requirement and supporting the sales team in end to end closure.
- Establish high level of relationship and Tie ups with Merchant Bankers, Law Firms and NBFCs PAN India.
- Train & enable Branch Banking Teams to sell CMS Structured Products - Escrow, Nodal, RERA & Dividend.
- Run the different education/knowledge series campaigns to create awareness on CMS products
- Support Consumer & Commercial Bank channel for product & documentation related queries.
- Remotely assist the Relationship manager/Branches to close a deals.
- Help branches in generating leads & do the regular follow up on the leads
- Understand specific MIS requirement of the customers and create reports accordingly.
- Remotely enable the branches to structure the CMS deals.
Publishing Monthly Structured Product Dashboard.

- Good knowledge of MS Office & MIS Tools
- Preferably an Engineer with MBA/CA
- 2-4 years of post MBA experience in CMS Sales, Product, Implementation, Branch Banking or Operations

- Must have average knowledge of CMS Payment & Collection Product
- Keen interest to sales, structuring and implement deals
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
