Job description

Production Planning ,Stores, Maintenance ,Regulatory and supply chain activities with good SAP , Preferably from FMCG / Colour cosmetics background having good experience in MIS of factory.

Responsibilities

1. Leading All Supply chain Activities/ Stores , stocks reconciliation & Logistics activities (RM/PM/FG/SAP) in plant.

2. Leading Production and Maintenance activities in plant

3. Directly accountable for all plant Material planning & SAP on daily basis as per line schedule.

4. Accountable for team building and developing resources as per requirement for RM/PM/FG.

5. Review of weekly plans for production and material call up and scheduling.

6. Developing systems for Physical stock identification on daily basis e.g BIN card, Boards etc.

7. Responsible for 100% dispatches as per plan for the day.

8. Assuring GMP / HK,5’s & Safety in Plant.

9. Responsible for all statutory compliances and licenses.

10. Coordination with suppliers and support functions associated.

11. FPR for all Quality audits, statutory compliances and all certifications for product and systems.

Qualifications

• Any graduate or PG level . SAP working experience in MM & PP module

• Good Command over English, Gujrati and Hindi will be added advantage

• Colour cosmetics working experience will be added advantage
