About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating with the customer via email & call & chat
2. Assists customers' concerns & resolves customer issues or concerns, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
Note:
1. Teamwork skills
2. Good communication and basics of email writing
3. Basics in Excel and Google Sheets
4. Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
