Job Description
Minimum Qualification and Experience
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
Must have Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of D (Plain);
Must have a certificate in records management;
Must have relevant support training in clerical duties;
Proficiency in computer applications; and
Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: -
Coordinating clerical work in a section;
Compiling and computing financial or statistical records from sources of data;
Validating compiled data and records for accuracy and reporting;
Verifying digitized records for accuracy;
Processing documents;
Ensuring stores, records and equipment inventory are well maintained;
Ensuring proper maintenance of filing system
