Job Description:
- Support the Legal Director by drafting, reviewing, and translating legal documents (pleadings, contracts, affidavits) and preparing reports related to licenses, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research, file documents with courts and government entities, and maintain litigation reports and legal records (electronic and physical).
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, courts, and government/non-government agencies regarding legal matters, including renewals of licenses and contracts.
- Manage case calendars, schedules, and confidential information, while performing administrative tasks such as data entry, billing support, and correspondence handling.
Requirements:
- Open to Arabic nationals, Female, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field with prior experience in legal or administrative support.
- Solid understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and documentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
