Job Description
Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs
Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and paper-based)
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Run errands and perform personal tasks when required
Conduct research and compile data as requested
Handle expenses and prepare expense reports
Requirements
Minimum of HND in Business Administration or related field
Working experience as a personal assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Discretion and confidentiality
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules
