About the job
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role (internship experience acceptable).
Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Familiar with marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis; experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
Eagerness to learn about media buying, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Job Requirements:
Assist in planning and launching paid media campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with key insights.
Help implement tracking and performance tags (e.g., UTM links, Facebook Pixel, GA4 events).
Support A/B testing efforts on ad creatives, copy, and targeting segments.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce engaging ad content.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Help manage campaign budgets and ensure spend is on track with objectives.
Work closely with the marketing team to align performance campaigns with broader strategies.
