Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute product displays and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of products.

Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and wholesalers to ensure brand visibility.

Track sales performance and gather market intelligence.

Train store staff on product features and promotional campaigns.

Liaise with the supply chain and sales teams to coordinate deliveries and returns.

Prepare weekly reports on merchandising activities, inventory levels etc.

Ensure promotional materials are properly placed and maintained.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 years' experience in a merchandising or retail sales role, preferably in FMCG.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, Canva, Meta and basic tech tools.

Familiarity with organic or wellness products is an added advantage.
