Role Overview – What You’ll Do

🎓 Student Counseling

Counsel students on course offerings and career opportunities.

Provide expert guidance to students and parents both in-person and via phone.

🧑‍🏫 Mentoring & Leadership

Guide and support junior counselors (Associate/Sr. Associate levels).

Take initiative in managing responsibilities and training where needed.

🎯 Target Achievement & Reporting

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

Track lead conversions and CRM entries effectively.

Use sales automation tools for efficient reporting and analysis.

📌 Additional Responsibilities

Support senior management with tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements

✅ Experience

1–10 years of experience in Sales roles in BFSI, Hospitality, Travel, or EdTech.

✅ Skills

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Strong interpersonal and trust-building skills.

High closing efficiency and convincing power.

Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.

Revenue-driven mindset with numerical acumen.
