We are seeking an ICT Officer to manage our IT systems, ensure security, support hardware/software needs, and drive tech innovation. This role is based in Benin City and is ideal for a proactive problem-solver with strong technical and communication skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Analyze and assess current IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
Manage and secure IT systems, including backups, antivirus, and access controls.
Oversee network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards.
Evaluate and suggest new tools and technologies to improve operations.
Collaborate with departments to understand and address IT needs.
Plan and implement IT-related projects such as upgrades and migrations.
Maintain documentation of systems and procedures.
Create engaging training materials and presentations.
Design visually appealing graphics and slides for internal and external use.
Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in IT support or administration roles.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
Proficiency in operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
