Job Description:
The Fashion Retail Merchandiser Intern will be responsible for managing the merchandising at Idozi Collective. This role involves coordinating with designers, managing merchandise, and organizing events and pop-ups at various locations.
Responsibilities:
Merchandising: Manage the retail merchandising of fashion products, ensuring optimal product placement and visual appeal.
Designer Onboarding: Coordinate with new designers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition.
Event Management: Plan and execute events and pop-ups in various locations, coordinating logistics and ensuring successful outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to drive business goals.
Required Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Creativity: A keen eye for fashion and a creative mindset.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Retail Merchandising, Fashion Management or Creative studies.
Experience in Fashion retail merchandising and event management is preferred.
Location: Candidates living within the Lagos Island metropolis ( Obalende, Ikoyi, Lekki, Oniru and Victoria Island
