Business Center Head

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in business operations, sales, finance, or management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the Business Center, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and evaluate the performance and activities of all operating departments (CG, DP, and Sales) to ensure they meet their objectives.

Ensure compliance with established management standards, policies, and procedures, aligning all operations with the company’s Mission and Vision.

Coordinate and collaborate with key support groups, including Marketing, IT, Logistics, DP, Finance, and AHG, to address Business Center concerns and improve operational efficiency.

Drive financial performance by meeting revenue targets, implementing cost control measures, and optimizing profit management strategies.

Enforce compliance with trade regulations and company policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across all departments.
