Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Office Administrative personnel to join our team.
The Office Administrative personnel provides administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer and direct phone calls
2. Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
3. Perform data entry and ensure accuracy
4. Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials
5. Maintain office supplies and inventory
6. Provide general administrative support to staff
7. Handle correspondence and respond to emails
Requirements:
1. Minimum of B.sc, HND, OND, NCE and Diploma required
2. Basic knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
3. Strong organizational and time management skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Skills:
1. Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
