We're now scaling up, both locally & globally, and need Marketing Intern (B2B/B2C Tech) to work under the guidance of our Marketing/LeadGen Lead. You’ll get great coaching and support and be working in a team of people focused on high-performance. We're remote-first with teams ac ross Java, Bali and Australia.

This is a paid internship, and might convert into a full-time role depending on performance.

About This Role

As our Marketing Intern (B2B/B2C Tech) you will be responsible for the items below.

Be part of the Events & Community team, designing and executing online and offline initiatives that creatively engage audiences and support brand building and lead generation efforts

Assist in developing clear and compelling Terms of Reference (TOR) and presentation materials in alignment with the event’s strategic objectives

Coordinate and support event logistics and administrative needs, ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery

Serve as an event operator during webinars, managing technical elements such as slide transitions, chat moderation, and general platform support

Contribute to event promotion across multiple channels including email, social media, and targeted outreach, to drive attendance and engagement

Create simple marketing content (e.g., Instagram stories, LinkedIn posts, event highlights) in line with the brand tone

Assist in managing guest invitations and RSVP follow-ups to ensure high participation rates

Support the team in preparing post-event reports and insights, consolidating key metrics and learnings for future improvement

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with confidence in managing internal and external stakeholders

Excellent writing skills, especially in preparing professional documents such as Terms of Reference (TOR), presentation decks, and post-event reports

Able to write simple, engaging captions for event promotions especially on Instagram, aligned with our brand tone and audience

Capable of producing visually appealing social media creatives and event visuals using Canva or similar tools

Proven project and time management skills, able to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders while keeping timelines on track

Experience or familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom) and ability to handle basic technical operations during live events

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Ability to deliver quality output in fast-paced settings

Must use a personal device (Bring Your Own Device), ensuring security and performance compliance.

Must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, attending virtual video meetings
