Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the listing process for properties, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
Conduct thorough market research to determine competitive pricing and identify unique selling points for each listing.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and stakeholders to streamline the listing process.
Maintain organized records of listings, inquiries, and transactions for reporting and analysis.
Assist in scheduling property showings and open houses, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Monitor and analyze listing performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated on market trends, zoning regulations, and industry standards to provide informed guidance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and online campaigns for listings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate administration or property management.
Real estate license or certification highly desirable, demonstrating industry knowledge and credibility.
Proficient in real estate software and platforms, including MLS and CRM systems.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for diverse markets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make strategic recommendations.
