Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
You are responsible for
Inclusive of, but not limited to:
Assisting Consultants:
Book & manage consultants’ diaries as per client request (When needed)
Closing of consultant billings on CMS.
Draft recommendations for consultants
Assistance in proofreading documents and/or drafting basic Labour Law documents.
Administration:
Ensure that all relevant documents are correct & uploaded onto CMS
Updating of CMS information (e.g., client information)
Filing and drawing clients’ files
Reports:
Assistance in compiling reports (both internal and external. E.g., reports for national clients, etc.)
Adhoc:
Assisting with answering calls professionally and accurately - Ensure detailed messages are taken when the relevant person is not available and distributed via emai
Desired Experience & Qualification
You'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:
Grade 12
A minimum of 12 month’s experience in a corporate environment fulfilling an administrative role - Previous experience in the services/legal industry would be advantageous
Package & Remuneration:
Salary: R12 500 CTC per month
