Job Responsibilities:
Contracts
Staff Leasing Agreement
Coordinate with Recruitment and Business Development to draft and manage SLAs for client and employee onboarding
Ensure SLAs remain up to date, including renewals, addendums, and variations
Employee Contracts
Coordinate with Recruitment and Business Development to draft and manage employee and contractor contracts
Ensure contracts are up to date, including renewals, addendums, and variations
General Administration
Onboarding
Lead pre-start connection with SUMO employees and oversee onboarding compliance, including Sprout account setup and database completion
Conduct orientation, ensuring completion of People & Culture and General Policies sessions for SD and SO employees
Facilitate proper turnover to supervisors and manage all related correspondences and inquiries
Offboarding
Oversee the completion of the offboarding process, including required documents and exit interviews for all SUMO employees
Ensure proper turnover of tasks and responsibilities before employee departures
Manage all offboarding-related correspondences and inquiries
AdHoc
Manage employee files, ensuring document completeness, proper access, and accurate record-keeping
Address employee inquiries, coordinate HR matters, and disseminate important updates through various channels (e.g., townhalls, email blasts)
Oversee employee milestones, assist in policy enforcement, and support other HR tasks as needed
Employee Lifecycle Management
Performance Management
Assist in the end-to-end performance review process, including scheduling, form completion, and document management
Ensure timely completion of monthly scorecards, 6th-month and annual reviews, and 360 feedback at key milestones
Support documentation for non-performance issues, performance improvement plans, and maintain updated review templates and records
Discipline Management
Investigate grievances and prepare necessary documentation
Coordinate grievances meeting (e.g. memorandum issuances and other meetings pertaining to company's policies and procedures)
Assist in the resolution of grievances accordingly
