Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and talented recent graduates to join our Data Science and AI team. As a Graduate Data Scientist / AI Associate, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to develop models, analyse data, and contribute to cutting-edge AI solutions.

Qualifications (Degree, Honours and Masters only):

BSc in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

BSc Data Science, Computer Science

BSc in Applied Mathematics

BSc in Statistics

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages

Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Interest in real-world AI applications and innovation

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Curiosity and a growth mindset

Skills and Competency:

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is a plus.

Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough and accurate research to support project needs and client engagements.

Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems methodically and creatively.
