As we scale, we're on the lookout for a business driven and strategic B2B Sales Associate who’s excited to bring cutting-edge solutions to businesses that truly need them.
What You’ll Do
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to closing deals with mid-size and large enterprises
• Build lasting relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders
• Understand customer needs and position Galecta’s solutions with clarity and confidence
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver value
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
What You Bring
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS or tech-enabled services)
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to understand and explain tech products to non-tech stakeholders
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
Bonus: Experience in EdTech, HealthTech, or enterprise software sales
