Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow regional sales teams and distributors.

Execute sales strategy and hit volume, value, and territory expansion targets.

Conduct regular team reviews and coaching to ensure performance delivery.

Maintain strong relationships with key customers and local stakeholders.

Report on sales trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Years of experience in FMCG or structured B2B sales.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Port Harcourt.

Experience with structured teams and distributor-led models.
