Job Overview

The Operations Manager will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that align with our business goals.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations across marketing, sales, and finance, as well as manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will play a critical role in driving the company’s short-term and long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve Our business goals. Identify short-term performance growth goals and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across key departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, ensuring smooth execution of business activities and optimization of processes.

Business Planning: Create and execute detailed business plans and procedures to improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, and drive company growth.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report business performance metrics to the CEO, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, business partners, and key clients to enhance service delivery and support strategic partnerships.

Team Leadership: Work closely with department heads to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role, ideally in the beauty or consumer products industry.

Strong understanding of business functions, including marketing, sales, and finance.

Excellent strategic planning and business development skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.

Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in creating and implementing business plans, tracking performance metrics, and reporting to executive leadership.
