Operations Excellence (Analyst-Level Talent) - Expression of Interest

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of interdependencies contributing to key Carbon and Commercial metrics

Spend significant time in the field, seeing first-hand how key stakeholders – customers and sales agents - interact with BURN

Proactively assess process and system outputs to spot inefficiencies, and underperformance

Conduct hands-on investigations to identify root causes of operational issues

Analyze blockers/challenges/problems from multiple angles, questioning data and challenging assumptions

Communicate complex findings in clear, concise language to all levels of the organization

Develop and cross-functionally implement actionable recommendations backed by data and real-world observations
