Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, records management, and administrative support. It’s a great opportunity to learn and grow in a corporate HR setting while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding)

Maintain and organize HR records, 201 files, and databases

Support employee engagement activities and internal communications

Assist in timekeeping and attendance monitoring

Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documentation

Participate in special projects and company events

Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Willing to render at least 400 hours of internship; (600 hours is a plus)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

We are looking for 2 interns that is Willing to work on-site at our Factory office in Cabuyao, Laguna, and Willing to work on-site at our Corporate Head office in Alabang, Muntinlupa
