About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT hiring to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts.

• Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain recruitment reports.

• Ensure a smooth and transparent candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

• 1+ years of IT recruitment experience (in-house or agency).

• Strong understanding of IT roles and tech skills.

• Excellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.

Preferred:

• Experience hiring for development, cloud, DevOps, data, and infra roles.

• Background in startups or tech product companies.

• Good knowledge of Bangalore’s IT talent market.
