Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records.
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Handle basic HR administrative tasks and documentation.
Assist with compliance and policy adherence.
Provide general support to the HR team.
Requirements:
Serving NYSC Corps Member (Batch B or C, 2025) seeking PPA in Lagos
Degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Relations, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eager to learn and work in a team environment
Organized, multitasker, and highly professional
A professional certification in HR will be an added advantage
