Job Summary
We are seeking an aggressive and result driven Field Sales Manager to promote our products/services to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets bu identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and promoting our product/services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage and develop territory plan to ensure adequate coverage of all customers and prospects.
Stay up to date with product features, benefits and applications to communicate with customers effectively.
Provide regular sales reports including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer feedback.
Requirements
B.Sc/OND degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
