Excavator Operator

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE/WAEC certificate.

Must possess a valid and appropriate operator’s license or certification for heavy-duty machinery.

Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience operating excavators in construction, mining, or related industries.

Excellent knowledge of excavator functions, maintenance, and safety procedures.

Ability to read site plans, grades, and specifications accurately.

Skilled in trenching, digging, grading, and site preparation.

Must be physically fit, alert, and capable of working in challenging terrain or conditions.

Good understanding of machine inspection, servicing, and basic repairs.

Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and the ability to follow instructions.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
