Job Title: Customer Operations Intern
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Assist in onboarding new customers and preparing success documentation.
Support the support team by triaging issues and managing ticket queues.
Gather customer feedback and synthesize insights for internal teams.
Support with updating customer documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
Assist in analyzing performance reports from support and success tools.
Schedule and coordinate customer calls, trainings, and follow-ups.
Participate in team meetings, note key action items, and follow through.
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with excellent work experience.
Recent graduate (Business, Communications, or related field).
Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
Prior internship experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
