Credit Associate (Open to SHS Graduates) - SBA

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers with loan inquiries and applications

Collect and review client documents for loan processing

Coordinate with dealerships and internal loan processing teams

Provide timely updates to clients regarding their loan status

Support dealership sales team in converting leads to approved loans

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies

Represent Sumisho with professionalism and excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Senior High School graduate or completer (college not required)

Willing to be assigned on-site at dealership locations

With or without related experience (training will be provided)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented and sales-driven

Willing to work full-time, 6 days a week
