Costing Staff

EDUCATION :

University Degree in Accounting or Management Finance

EXPERIENCE :

Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting-related functions

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:

• Ability to think strategically and effectively, and execute tactically

• Strong in Business acumen and problem-solving

• Strong network/quarterback/leadership skills

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a matrix organization effectively.

• Knowledge and understanding of the principles of organizational learning and continuous quality improvement;

• Good analytical and creative thinking

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking, is a plus

BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING:

• Understands Business and Financial Environment.

• Strong understanding of the scientific process, market dynamics, and registration requirements, regulations, and guidelines.

• Involves identifying, recording, and allocating all costs of producing goods. Cost analysts examine and manage company expenses to reduce inefficiencies and lower costs
