Job Responsibilities
Pre-Renewal- management of renewals allocation including issuing pre renewal template e-mails/schedules
Renewal Programs- obtain renewal terms and apply to set templates to present to Advisers, noting previous years terms, mid-term alterations and/or claims history
New Business- obtain new business terms from Insurers and apply to set templates to present to Advisers, noting market options obtained
Quoting- assist account managers to obtain comparative quoting based on existing data (claims history, current details) and present to advisers via set templates
Endorsements- Assist account managers with processing endorsements and invoicing to customers and closings to insurers
Asset Schedules- create and manage client asset schedules within Excel for existing and new client quote requests
Accuracy of all transactions - Ensure accuracy of all transactions.
Accurately process invoices onto the system within the set company procedures and guidelines
Documentation- save invoices and documentation into Document Management System within the set company procedures and guidelines
Invoice and Compliance- email invoices with compliance documents to clients via set templates
Debtor Management – obtain and manage debtor reports with account managers and e-mail statement reminders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year AU Broking experience and 3 years overall AU Insurance experience.
Experience in using Insight Required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
