Job Description
Responsibilities:
To ensure all invoices and payments are properly updated and recorded, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
To ensure the accounts charge code are accurately posted.
To assist with month end closing, to ensure Accounts Payable section are close timely for the preparation of management report.
To process outgoing payment to trade and non-trade vendor on monthly basis.
To maintain vendor files according to payment vouchers, invoices, debit note and credit note.
To ensure vendor payment are up to date.
To complete any other tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.
Requirement:
Possessed at minimum a Diploma in accountancy or equivalent or higher.
At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
Computer literate and have knowledge in SAP/ERP software is preferable.
