Package Resolution: Manage Case(s) of Lost Package(s) and Address Situation(s) where Buyer(s) Receive Damaged Good(s), Coordinate with Carrier(s) and Internal Team(s) to Expedite Resolution(s) and Enhance Customer Satisfaction, Product Listing Compliance and Violation: Enforce Product Listing Rule(s) and Restriction(s) Addressing Any Violation(s) Promptly, Ensure Shop Compliance and Work to Maintain Accurate and Positive Shop Performance Score(s) and Store Rating(s)
Shop Performance and Review: Shop Quality Assurance - Monitor Shop Compliance and Performance Focusing on Maintaining Correct Shop Performance Score(s) and Addressing Malicious Product Review(s) Effectively to Protect the Seller's Reputation
