Job Description/Requirements
You will:
Support ideation and research: Help explore new ideas, conduct market and sector research, and contribute to venture assessments.
Assist in testing and piloting: Support the design and execution of small-scale pilots to validate new venture concepts and gather insights.
Help build ventures: Work alongside the team in setting up and running small-scale operations, implementing processes, tracking progress, and iterating based on learnings.
Collaborate with venture teams: Provide targeted support to venture teams in areas such as data analysis, marketing, operations, or business development.
Learn and contribute to venture-building processes: Document key learnings and contribute to improving Pyramidia's venture-building playbook.
You are:
Passionate about Pyramidia’s mission and values, with a drive to work in the agrifood space.
Highly entrepreneurial: proactive, energetic, and eager to take on challenges.
Curious and analytical: able to research, synthesize information, and contribute insights.
Hands-on and adaptable: willing to get involved in diverse aspects of venture building.
Resilient and open to learning: comfortable navigating uncertainty and learning from failures.
A strong team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience in the agrifood sector, startups, or venture building is a plus but not required.
