Duties & Responsibilities
Support the SHE team in implementing safety, health, and environmental strategies.
Assist in risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and champion a safety-first culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and engineering.
Promote sustainability practices aligned with company and regulatory goals.
Assist in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental procedures across our production facilities.
Participate in site audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote SHE awareness among staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Engineering) to ensure SHE standards are upheld in our delicious operations.
Passion for workplace safety, food production, and sustainable practices.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the food industry.
