Senior Strategic Associate

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine strategic initiatives and business plans.

Work across multiple teams to develop IM, Board Reports, Corporate Presentations, Pitch Decks

Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support decision-making processes.

Prepare/ analyse competitive analysis and formulate proactive and reactive strategy accordingly

Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.

Support the development and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.

Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, or a related field.

4-5 years of experience in a similar role (Analyst, Strategy Analyst, Business Analyst).

Strong critical thinking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Strong analytical capabilities.
