Restaurant Operations Manager

• Job Summary

To oversee all COCO Outlet operations including service, sales, kitchen, housekeeping, vendor management, and customer satisfaction. To ensure profitability, high operational standards, team performance, and seamless customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operations Management:

• Lead and manage day-to-day COCO Outlet operations across multiple service areas (kitchen, service floor, counters, housekeeping).

• Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance with SOPs at all times.

• Develop and enforce operational policies, hygiene practices, and service protocols.

• Also, He will work in absence of Area Manager 60% responsible for all work.

• Also, He will work in absence of Operation 60% responsible for all work.

• Periodically taking internal audits and submitting reports to management.

• Managing end to end operations like, Management, Escalation of issues, Team Guiding, controlling, Monitoring, supporting.

• Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Hotel Management (Hospitality Management, Business Administration preferred).

• Strong leadership, multitasking, and team management abilities.

• Financial understanding: basic P&L management, cost control, and budgeting.

• Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

• Tech-savvy: POS systems, MS Excel, Inventory Software familiarity.
