Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Recruitment Specialists and Coordinators, offering daily support, guidance, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to design and implement effective recruitment strategies and process enhancements.
Partner with hiring managers to comprehend workforce requirements and facilitate timely, efficient hiring processes.
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for critical roles, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) to promote continuous improvement.
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and university partnerships.
Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the recruitment team.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
1–2 years of leadership or mentorship experience within a recruitment team.
Previous experience in a US-based healthcare company.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and building relationships at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
