Job Summary

We are seeking radiographers who can use imaging equipment to create images of the human body for diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. You should be able to work with various technologies like X-rays, MRI, and CT scans.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Operating Imaging Equipment: Must be proficient in operating various imaging modalities, including X-rays, MRI, and CT scans.

Patient Preparation and Positioning: Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and ensuring patient comfort and safety, while also positioning patients correctly to obtain the necessary images.

Image Quality Control: Ensure that images are of high quality and that the equipment is maintained and calibrated properly.

Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and collaborate on patient care.

Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients and staff.

Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist with surgical procedures by operating imaging equipment (C-Arm) to guide surgeons during procedures.

Stay up-to-date on advancements in medical imaging through continuing education and training.

Requirements:

Proven ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to accurately interpret medical images and contribute to effective patient care.

Strong knowledge of and strict adherence to radiation safety protocols to ensure minimal exposure to patients, staff, and self.

Experience in managing and maintaining accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
