Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage administrative functions, including office management, procurement, and logistics.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Supervise and support the administrative team, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, including labor laws, tax requirements, and other statutory obligations.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with organizational goals.
Coordinate the planning and execution of events or projects as required.
Maintain accurate records of assets, contracts, and other administrative documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
At least 5 years of experience in operations or administrative management roles.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams effectively.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and statutory compliance requirements is essential.
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
