Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive sales growth across all regions in Nigeria.
Develop and implement strategic plans for market penetration and expansion.
Manage and motivate a large sales force to achieve performance targets.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with major pharmaceutical distributors.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related field.
Minimum of 13 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 6 years in a similar National Sales Manager role.
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian open market structure.
Proven experience managing a sales team of 30 or more.
Hands-on experience across all regions of Nigeria.
