The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination of shipments, inventory management, and vendor relations. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Track shipments, manage transportation schedules, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Maintain inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels across warehouses.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
Oversee the processing of orders, shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations.
Resolve any issues related to delays, damaged goods, or delivery discrepancies.
Analyze logistics data and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and company policies.
Support logistics budgeting and cost control initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination.
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Knowledge of UAE customs regulations and logistics best practices is a plus.
