Loan Collection Officers

We are looking for smart, proactive, and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Loan Recovery Officers. If you have great negotiation skills and can manage debt recovery professionally, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the collections team.

Ensure team members are meeting individual and team recovery targets.

Monitor call activities, recovery strategies, and agent performance.

Train and mentor new and existing recovery officers on effective collection techniques and customer engagement.

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

Handle escalated accounts and difficult borrowers with professionalism.

Implement strategies to reduce default rate and increase recovery efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations.

Requirements:

Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any related field.

2–3 years of experience in loan recovery, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.

Experience in a fintech or microfinance environment is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in using CRM and collection tools.

Must be target-driven and proactive.

Resides in or around Ogba, Lagos (proximity is essential).
