What you'll be doing
Assisting with the administration of HR processes, including employee onboarding, record-keeping, and benefits management
Providing support in the coordination of HR-related events and training programs
Conducting research and data analysis to support HR initiatives
Handling general HR inquiries and serving as a point of contact for employees
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations
What we're looking for
Currently enrolled in a relevant university degree program, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
A keen interest in the field of Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow within the profession
